Shivang Badaya is the Co-Founder and CEO of Rovia, a global wealth platform built to help international tech professionals manage, transfer, diversify, and reinvest their equity compensation across borders.

Shivang holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, and built a strong foundation in finance through roles at JP Morgan as an Equity Analyst, ADD Capital as an Investment Analyst, and Makrana Capital Management as a Hedge Fund Investor.

Shivang identified a critical gap in cross-border equity management firsthand, spending years watching international employees lose significant value when trying to access their RSUs and stock plans across jurisdictions.

Prior to founding Rovia, Shivang drove strategy and corporate development at Zolve, a fintech company, where he spearheaded equity and debt fundraising and launched new unsecured credit cards in the US market.

Rovia secured $1 million in pre-seed funding led by Antler India, with backing from Galaxy and Operators Studio, and is on a mission to build a complete wealth operating system for equity-rich professionals worldwide.
