Shlomi Salem is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Neo Security, a pioneering Agentic Software Control company securing AI agents and autonomous software across enterprise environments.

Salem spent more than a decade at SentinelOne as VP of Research and head of detection engineering, where he co-led the internal threat research team and built threat actor profiles that powered SentinelOne's entire security platform.

Salem brings a rare combination of deep threat intelligence expertise and product vision, having helped define enterprise endpoint security before turning his focus to the emerging challenge of agentic AI.

Alongside CEO Nick Warner and CTO Eran Shirazi, Salem co-founded Neo in 2025, attracting $100M in seed and Series A funding from Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Craft Ventures, and Merlin Ventures.

Neo emerged from stealth in July 2026 with 50 employees across the US and Israel, targeting a rapidly growing market where Gartner projects 40% of enterprise applications will have agentic capabilities by end of 2026.
