Shreyansh Jain

Shreyansh Jain is Co-Founder of Intrinsic Foundries, a carbon-to-value biomanufacturing platform converting industrial emissions into premium biochemicals for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmetic industries.
Shreyansh holds degrees in pharmacology from BITS Pilani and chemical engineering from Imperial College London and Cornell University. He spent over 10 years in cell therapy and gene therapy at global pharma companies including Takeda, where he worked as Senior Manager on innovation and manufacturing technologies.
Shreyansh leads process engineering and global development efforts for Intrinsic, collaborating with research partners in the United States and Germany. The company completed a proof of concept at a thermal power plant in 2025, demonstrating continuous carbon capture with operational reliability.
Intrinsic Foundries raised INR 12 crore (USD 1.4 million) in seed funding led by Transition VC in February 2026. The company is advancing partnerships across cement, steel, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and food industries.
Intrinsic Foundries is building revenue-positive decarbonization infrastructure using proprietary microbial biorefineries and modular photobioreactors. The company plans to launch its first one-ton-per-day commercial plant and establish a US entity for global market development.
