Shubham Malhotra is Co-Founder of RunAnywhere, a Y Combinator W26-backed on-device AI platform that enables mobile apps to run multi-modal AI models locally with intelligent hybrid routing.

Shubham graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering and previously worked on projects including file compression algorithms and AWS-based document processing systems.

Shubham co-authored the open-source RunAnywhere SDK which has garnered approximately 3,900 stars on GitHub and supports iOS, Android, React Native, and Flutter platforms.

RunAnywhere was founded in 2025 and accepted into Y Combinator's Winter 2026 batch, offering developers a unified SDK to deploy AI models on-device with zero latency and full privacy.

The platform provides sub-200ms first-token response times for on-device processing and enables developers to eliminate cloud inference costs while maintaining privacy for sensitive health, finance, and personal data.
