Sid Unnithan is Co-Founder of Evergrove Labs (YC S25), a voice AI company building autonomous agents for managed care organizations, TPAs, and specialist provider networks in the workers compensation and healthcare space.

Sid built deep expertise across enterprise technology and healthtech, holding roles at Microsoft as a Program Manager on the Python AI Workload team focused on Azure Machine Learning, and at Flatiron Health, a leading oncology healthtech platform, before moving into insurtech at Newfront.

Prior to Evergrove Labs, Sid and co-founder Jacob Chia were part of the team at Newfront that built one of the earliest agentic placement automation systems, now viewed as a strategic asset by WTW, giving Sid rare first-hand experience shipping agentic AI in regulated industries.

Sid's career spans Capital One, Microsoft, Flatiron Health, and Newfront, building a cross-functional foundation in AI, product management, financial services, and healthcare technology that directly informs Evergrove's product vision.

Evergrove Labs was accepted into Y Combinator's Summer 2025 batch, and its voice AI agents are designed to compress case timelines from days to minutes by automating intake, triage, scheduling, and billing calls across the healthcare and workers compensation ecosystem.
