Simone Silvestri is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at SylloTips, a Rome-based enterprise AI startup transforming how organizations capture and leverage internal knowledge through continuously learning AI agents. He also serves as the company's technical architect, bringing a dual CPO and CTO perspective to product development.

Simone studied Computer Engineering at Sapienza University of Rome and built his engineering foundation through roles at Cegeka and EasyPol, a digital payments platform, gaining expertise in full-stack and microservices architecture.

A full-stack engineer with 5+ years of experience in microservices architecture, Simone bridges deep technical execution with product vision, enabling SylloTips to build enterprise-grade AI that continuously improves through human-in-the-loop feedback. He has represented SylloTips at high-profile events including the Agentic AI Summit at UC Berkeley and Rome Future Week.

SylloTips has raised approximately $4.95M in Seed funding led by Azimut, with participation from Leo Capital, Techstars, and Cloud Accelerator, and has been accepted into the prestigious Techstars accelerator program (1% acceptance rate). The company was also named a winner of the Microsoft AI LAB in Milan.

SylloTips serves leading telecom, insurance, and finance companies, integrating natively with Microsoft Teams and Copilot Studio as a continuous improvement layer for enterprise AI. The company is a Harvard Innovation Labs finalist and is scaling across Europe with a team of roughly 25 employees.
