Sina Chehrazi is the Founder and CEO of Sunlight AI, a patient-to-payment operating platform built to help independent physicians thrive outside of large hospital systems.

Sina earned a BBA in International Business and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University, later holding strategic partnership roles at Enigma Technologies and Demyst before co-founding Nayya Health in 2019.

Raised in a healthcare family with a neurosurgeon father, Sina developed a firsthand understanding of the operational and financial pressures facing independent medical practices.

As Co-Founder and CEO of Nayya Health, Sina scaled the AI-driven employee benefits platform to serve over 5 million workers and raised more than $100M from leading investors, earning recognition as the number one most promising InsurTech in the US.

Sunlight AI launched in October 2026 with $17.4M in seed funding led by Basis Set Ventures, and immediately acquired Bradford Medical Associates as the first of several planned acquisitions to expand its operating infrastructure for independent physicians.
