Slava Bocharov is Co-Founder and Head of Operations at All3, a London-based construction technology company combining AI-powered design with robotic fabrication to deliver custom buildings at the speed and cost of mass production.

A seasoned retail executive, Bocharov spent over 15 years at Magnit, one of Russia's largest food retailers, where he expanded its convenience store network and launched the Magnit Cosmetics division, before pivoting to entrepreneurship.

Bocharov brings a rare combination of large-scale operational expertise and serial entrepreneurship, having successfully scaled and exited two ventures before turning his sights on transforming the global construction industry.

He co-founded Samokat in 2018 alongside Rodion Shishkov, building it into Russia's leading instant grocery delivery platform before selling it to Sberbank and Mail.ru Group, and later launched Buyk, a 15-minute grocery delivery service in New York City backed by $46M in funding.

All3 has already processed over 100,000 square meters of residential projects through its AI design platform, raised $25M in seed funding led by RTP Global, and is deploying its first commercial robot fleet across construction sites in Germany in 2026.
