Souvik Sen is Co-Founder and CTO at Ema, a pioneering enterprise AI platform building Universal AI Employees that automate complex, multi-step business workflows across HR, IT, finance, and customer support.

Souvik earned a PhD in Computer Science from Duke University and built a distinguished career at Hewlett-Packard Laboratories, Google, and Okta, where he served as VP of Engineering overseeing data, ML, and devices initiatives.

Souvik holds 37 US patents and has authored nearly 30 peer-reviewed technical articles on data and machine learning, and he led TrustGraph at Google, a machine learning system built to combat ad fraud at global scale.

At Ema, Souvik co-founded the company alongside CEO Surojit Chatterjee in February 2023, architecting EmaFusion, a proprietary mixture-of-experts model combining over 150 AI models to route enterprise tasks with maximum accuracy and minimum cost.

Ema has raised $140M in total funding including a $77M Series B, serves over 1 million active enterprise users across 50+ deals, and counts Google, Microsoft, PwC, KPMG, ADP, and Wipro among its customers.
