Spiros is Co-Founder and CEO at Resolve AI, an AI platform that autonomously troubleshoots and resolves production issues to accelerate engineering productivity. He co-created OpenTelemetry, the industry standard for telemetry collection, now used globally across modern observability systems.

Spiros holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Macedonia in Greece. He founded Pattern Insight (acquired by VMware) and Omnition (acquired by Splunk), and served as SVP and GM of Observability at Splunk.

Spiros is a serial entrepreneur with two successful exits and has been working with co-founder Mayank Agarwal since 2012, having met 20 years ago in graduate school. He is passionate about building products that solve real operational problems for engineers and believes in radical transparency and trust-based company culture.

Resolve AI raised $125 million in Series A funding at a $1 billion valuation led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, following a $35 million seed round led by Greylock with participation from Fei-Fei Li and Jeff Dean. The company serves major clients including Coinbase, DoorDash, MongoDB, Salesforce, and Zscaler, reducing incident investigation time by up to 72%.

Resolve AI's multi-agent system operates across code, infrastructure, and telemetry to autonomously handle production incidents, significantly reducing mean time to resolution.
