Sri Viswanath

Sri Viswanath is the Founder and CEO of Sycamore, building the trusted agentic operating system for the enterprise that enables organizations to deploy and orchestrate autonomous AI agents with security, governance, and human oversight.
Sri spent over two decades building enterprise platforms at global scale, holding CTO roles at Atlassian and Groupon, and earlier engineering leadership positions at Sun Microsystems and VMware, before becoming a General Partner at Coatue.
As an investor at Coatue, Sri witnessed firsthand the rapid enterprise adoption of AI and identified the critical gap in infrastructure needed to govern, secure, and operationalize it at scale, which directly inspired Sycamore.
Sri led Atlassian's cloud transformation and scaled its engineering organization to over 7,000 people, and later served as a General Partner at Coatue, one of the world's leading technology investment platforms with over $70 billion in assets under management.
Sycamore closed a landmark $65 million seed round led by Coatue and Lightspeed Venture Partners, with backing from Dell Technologies Capital, 8VC, and high-profile angels including former OpenAI Chief Scientist Bob McGrew, Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan, and Databricks CEO Ali Ghodsi.
