Stephanie Hendricks is Co-Founder and CEO of AGent Energy, a Houston-based developer of AI-driven distributed power plants that aggregates, orchestrates, and monetizes behind-the-meter generation resources to strengthen grid reliability.

Stephanie holds a bachelor's degree from Harvard University, completed ROTC Naval Operations training at MIT, and served as a Naval Warfare Intelligence Officer with top secret military clearance.

A 2026 Pat Tillman Scholar pursuing her Executive MBA at MIT Sloan, Stephanie has deep expertise in energy markets and the monetization of distributed generation assets at scale.

Prior to co-founding AGent, Stephanie served as Chief Operating Officer at Voltus, where she built and led operational delivery for one of the world's largest virtual power plants, and as an AI product leader at NDimensional.

AGent raised $17 million in its first 12 months, making it one of the fastest-funded distributed energy resource companies to date, and already operates across three major power markets: ERCOT, MISO, and PJM.
