Subhashish Bhattacharya is Co-Founder and CTO at DG Matrix, a pioneer in solid-state transformer technology revolutionizing data center power infrastructure and electrification. He is also Duke Energy Distinguished Professor at NC State University and an IEEE Fellow.

Subhashish earned his B.E. from IIT Roorkee, M.E. from IISc India, and Ph.D. from University of Wisconsin-Madison in electrical engineering. He worked at Westinghouse and Siemens Power from 1998 to 2005 before joining NC State in 2005.
