Thai Sade

Thai Sade is the Co-Founder and CEO of BloomX, an Israeli AgTech company pioneering bio-mimicking robotic pollination technology to help growers sustainably boost crop yields by up to 30%.
Raised on a kibbutz surrounded by agriculture, Thai spent nearly a decade managing his family's food business before pursuing a BA in Government and Sustainability at Reichman University, where the vision for BloomX was born. He also co-founded Nili Restaurant, deepening his roots in the food and agriculture value chain.
Thai's upbringing on a kibbutz instilled a deep respect for natural systems, driving him to develop technology that mimics nature rather than replaces it. His conviction that pollination is one of the most overlooked critical links in the food chain became the founding thesis of BloomX.
Under Thai's leadership, BloomX closed a $13M Series A led by Elah Fund, with commercial farmers investing as both backers and early adopters of the flagship YAHAV2400 orchard pollination platform. He has represented BloomX on global stages including NPR's How I Built This, Cheddar News, World Agri-Tech, and the ChangeNow summit in Paris.
BloomX's technology is already deployed with 20+ growers worldwide across avocado and blueberry crops, operating in markets spanning Israel, Latin America, South Africa, and beyond. The company's AI-driven robotic tools are reducing dependence on commercial honeybees while helping growers increase productivity and contribute to rainforest conservation in Latin America.
