Thibault Mallion is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Benford, a tech-native audit firm registered in Norway that runs statutory audits end to end through its proprietary AuditOS platform.

Thibault holds a Grande Ecole Master's in Accounting, Finance and Management from HEC Paris and built his career at Rothschild and Co, Goldman Sachs (Investment Banking, TMT), and One Peak, a leading growth equity firm, where he was promoted to Associate.

Thibault brings a rare combination of financial services advisory and growth investing expertise, giving him deep insight into both the inefficiencies of legacy audit and the technology needed to rebuild it from first principles.

At Goldman Sachs, Thibault advised businesses across Technology, Media and Telecommunications on acquisitions, mergers, and equity and debt financing; at One Peak, he evaluated and supported high-growth European software scale-ups.

Benford raised 5 million euros in pre-seed funding led by firstminute capital, has a live audit practice in Norway with a team of 20, and is targeting the underserved European small and mid-market audit segment valued at over 50 billion euros.
