At 18, Thomas and his co-founders launched their first company, hiring 44 field reps and generating €3.5M in 14 months, which revealed a critical gap in how in-person sales teams are coached.

Thomas won the Audencia Entrepreneurship and Startup Challenge, pitching in front of 1,200 people and winning by vote against 22 competing startups.

Before COACH, Thomas co-founded Lucy, a pre-seed-funded AI startup, and spent months doing door-to-door sales and shadowing field reps to deeply understand the in-person selling process.

COACH is live with the top 5 in-person sales companies in France, has lifted conversion rates by 32% on average, and is now expanding rapidly in the US market.
