Tiebe Parmentier is Co-Founder and CTO at Tekst, a Belgium-based AI platform that automates B2B communication by analyzing and routing emails, tickets, and other text-based enterprise workflows.

Tiebe studied Computer Engineering at Ghent University and worked at Robovision, an AI company applying computer vision in agriculture, which sparked his passion for practical AI applications.

Tiebe identified a critical gap in enterprise automation: while companies had structured their data systems, processing raw unstructured text from emails and tickets remained a costly manual challenge.

He co-founded Tekst alongside childhood friend Wouter Janssen in 2021, building custom-trained AI models that go far beyond keyword rules to accurately classify and route up to far more than the industry-standard 20% of incoming messages.

Tekst secured a EUR 700K Seed round from Entourage in 2024 and has landed major enterprise clients including Becton Dickinson and Milcobel, with its platform processing over 10M conversational events daily.
