Till Rohrmann is Co-Founder of Restate, a Berlin-based open-source platform building durable, fault-tolerant infrastructure for distributed applications and AI agent workflows.

Till holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from TU Munich and an M.Sc. from TU Berlin, with exchange periods at Ecole Polytechnique and the National University of Singapore.

A recognized expert in distributed systems, Till is an Apache Flink Committer and PMC member, and has spoken at industry conferences on stream processing and resilient application design.

Prior to Restate, Till spent years as a Software Engineer and Engineering Lead at Data Artisans and Ververica, contributing to Apache Flink's distributed architecture, high-availability services, and machine learning library.

Restate has raised $27M in total funding including a $20M Series A, serves hundreds of companies including Fortune 500 clients, and is used by high-profile customers such as Replit to power resilient AI agent workflows.
