Tilman Flock

Tilman Flock is Co-Founder and CEO of Perceptic, the AI operating system for drug discovery and development, building end-to-end intelligence infrastructure for Big Pharma.
A bioscience researcher educated at the University of Cambridge, Tilman spent nearly seven years at Palantir as a core engineer on AIP, building its commercial AI platform for life sciences.
Tilman identified that pharma AI had stalled by solving problems in isolation, and set out to build the connective tissue that unifies data, decisions, and context across the entire 15-year drug development lifecycle.
Alongside co-founders Martin Copes and Zaki Trache, also Palantir alumni, Tilman co-founded Perceptic in 2024 and rapidly moved from pilots to paid production deployments with multiple top-20 pharma companies, including CSL.
Perceptic emerged from stealth in May 2026 with a $12M seed round led by Accel, has grown to 20 employees, and its platform has delivered a 50-fold increase in clinical data extractions for customers.
