Tilo Weigandt is Co-Founder and COO of Vaultree, a Cork, Ireland-based cybersecurity company pioneering Data-In-Use Encryption to keep data fully encrypted even during processing and analysis.

Tilo holds a BSc from Universitat Bayreuth and an MA in Strategic Marketing from the University of Greenwich, and built his career across business development, program management, consulting, and strategic marketing in FMCG, automotive, and fintech industries, including roles at Creditas and HPP Strategy and Marketing Consulting.

Driven by a personal mission to combat hacks and leaks, Tilo champions the idea that data security and usability are not mutually exclusive, advocating for encryption as a business enabler rather than a burden.

At Vaultree, Tilo oversees operations and go-to-market strategy, helping secure $16.1M in funding from investors including Ten Eleven Ventures, Molten Ventures, and SentinelOne, and forging a landmark integration with Google Cloud BigQuery.

Vaultree achieved the world's first data warehouse integration with Data-In-Use Encryption via Google BigQuery, filed 4 patents, and won Cyber Defense Magazine's Global Infosec Award for Encryption Expert at RSA Conference 2023.
