Philipp Engelkamp is Co-Founder and CEO of Telura, a Munich-based deep-tech startup pioneering electric impulse drilling to make geothermal energy accessible everywhere.

Philipp studied Industrial Engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and co-founded INERATEC, a KIT spin-out that became one of Europe's leading sustainable e-fuels companies.

Philipp was recognised as a Vordenker 2022 by BCG and Handelsblatt, and has spent over a decade scaling deep-tech ventures in the energy transition space.

At INERATEC, Philipp served as Co-Founder and Managing Director, helping the company raise over $129M in Series B funding and earn recognition from the World Economic Forum and the Deutscher Grunderpreis.

Telura raised 4M euros in pre-seed funding and secured a validation agreement with Germany's breakthrough innovation agency SPRIND, targeting market entry in 2026 with technology capable of up to 10x faster and cheaper access to deep geothermal resources.
