Timon Gregg is Co-Founder and CEO of Strala Group, an AI-powered claims-as-a-service platform built to modernize insurance claims processing for carriers, captives, and MGAs.

Timon studied at the University of Oxford as a full-ride scholar focused on game theory, then gained experience as an Investment Analyst at Pelion Green Future and as a Founders Associate at Entrix, Europe's leading algorithmic energy trading company.

Timon joined Entrepreneur First as a Founder in Residence before co-founding Strala, driven by a philosophy of rapid execution over planning and a conviction that the insurance claims industry was ripe for AI disruption.

Timon and his co-founder relocated from Europe to San Francisco to build Strala, raising $3.96M backed by top-tier investors including Founders Fund and Emergence, which collectively manage over $20B in capital.

Strala has built its own Claims Management System from the ground up, automating fraud detection, claims routing, and real-time analytics to improve outcomes for adjusters and policyholders alike.
