Todd graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with an A.B. in economics and co-founded Athenahealth in 1997 and Castlight Health in 2008. He served as U.S. Chief Technology Officer under President Obama from 2012 to 2014, leading the Healthcare.gov rescue effort and launching the Presidential Innovation Fellows program.
