Tomasz Stawarski is Co-Founder and CEO of Tequipy, a global IT asset management platform that helps companies purchase, configure, deliver, and retrieve employee devices across 180+ countries.

Tomasz served as Global Head of IT at Revolut, where he scaled IT operations from 100 employees in 2 offices to 5,000 employees across 17 countries, and later held a Head of IT role at Shares.

His firsthand experience managing device logistics at global scale revealed a broken, manual industry ripe for automation, with his Revolut network becoming Tequipy's first customers.

Tequipy was founded in 2022 alongside co-founders Bartosz Czerkies and Albert Podraza, both former Revolut colleagues, and has raised over 3.7M EUR across rounds led by Smedvig Ventures, Manta Ray, and Unfold.vc.

Tequipy now serves 150+ companies in 180+ countries, ranked 24th in the Scaling Europe 50 with 565% growth in 2024-2025, and aims to eliminate 80% of manual IT tasks for global teams.
