Tomer Aharoni

Tomer Aharoni is the Co-Founder and CEO of Rylo (formerly Nagish), an AI-powered, FCC-certified communication platform built for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community, having raised over $100 million in total financing.
Tomer earned a BA in Computer Science from Columbia University, served as a Technological Intelligence Analyst in the Israeli Defense Forces, and worked as a Software Engineer at Bloomberg LP before co-founding Rylo in 2021.
Tomer has published research in NLP and IoT, was featured in ABILITY Magazine for his disability leadership, and delivered a keynote at the 2024 M-Enabling Summit on AI-driven accessibility and equity.
He co-founded Rylo alongside Alon Ezer, growing the platform from a school side project in 2019 into a company operating at a $100 million annual revenue run rate with a $500 million valuation by 2026.
Rylo supports 50 languages, serves an estimated 40 million Americans with hearing loss, and stands as the only fully AI-driven FCC-licensed relay service provider in the U.S., targeting $1 billion in revenue by 2028.
