Tomer Kulla is Co-Founder and CTO at Conntour, a Y Combinator-backed AI platform that enables organizations to query thousands of security cameras using natural language.

Tomer holds a BSc in Computer Science with a focus on computer vision, and his career spans hands-on engineering in web, MLOps, and big data, as well as leadership as a Director of Engineering overseeing multiple teams.

As a second-time founder, Tomer previously built and sold Nilus, an eCommerce ad-tech and ML-powered recommendation engine startup, demonstrating a track record of building and exiting ventures.

At Conntour, Tomer leads the technical vision behind a platform that replaces rigid, pre-defined video analytics with unlimited natural language queries, enabling a single operator to monitor thousands of cameras simultaneously.

Conntour has raised $7.5M in seed funding led by General Catalyst with participation from Y Combinator, SV Angel, and Liquid 2 Ventures, and has already secured government deployments including Singapore's Central Narcotics Bureau.
