Tomer Timor is Co-Founder and CEO of Niv-AI, a Tel Aviv-based deep-tech startup solving the power capacity crisis in AI infrastructure through its Power-Compute AI Stack.

Prior to Niv-AI, Tomer served as CEO at Planet Nine and held senior roles as COO and VP Customer Success at Paragon, as well as Director and PM at Verint, building deep expertise in enterprise technology and operations.

Tomer identified that AI data centers are fundamentally facing a data problem, not just an energy problem, recognizing that without granular power visibility, optimization is impossible.

Tomer co-founded Niv-AI in May 2025 alongside CTO Edward Kizis and led the company to raise $12M in seed funding from top-tier investors including Glilot Capital, Grove Ventures, Arc VC, Encoded VC, Leap Forward, and Aurora.

Niv-AI's platform can unlock up to 30% of stranded GPU capacity in data centers without additional hardware, with plans to deploy operational systems across multiple U.S. data centers within six to eight months of launch.
