Tony Chang is Co-Founder and CTO at InsForge (InstaCloud), the agent-native serverless cloud platform backed by Y Combinator Spring 2026 that lets AI coding agents deploy and operate cloud infrastructure end to end.

Tony earned a dual Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (Class of 2024), and previously interned at Meta (Ads ML Infrastructure) and Amazon (Backend Infrastructure) before joining Databricks as a network infrastructure engineer.

A self-described hackathon addict with 10 competition wins and 9 judging credits, Tony brings a builder-first philosophy to InsForge, obsessing over tools that help developers ship 10x faster by turning complex backend problems into elegant, seamless systems.

Tony co-founded InsForge alongside Hang Huang in 2025, channeling his Databricks networking infrastructure expertise to architect InstaCloud, a platform offering serverless compute, Postgres databases, storage, auth, and environment branching accessible via CLI and MCP for AI agents.

InsForge raised an $8M seed round in September 2026 for InstaCloud, building on a prior $1.5M pre-seed led by MindWorks Ventures, with the platform serving AI-native developers and positioning itself as the agent-era alternative to AWS, GCP, and Azure.
