Tony Pepper is Co-Founder and CEO of Outerlimit, the world's first decentralized security and authorization layer built specifically to secure autonomous agentic AI in the enterprise.

Tony co-founded Egress Software Technologies in 2007, building it from the ground up into a globally recognised cloud email security category leader protecting millions of users across financial services, healthcare, government, and professional services, before its acquisition by KnowBe4 in 2024. Prior to Egress, he held executive management roles at Check Point Software Technologies, Pointsec Mobile Technologies, and Reflex Magnetics Ltd.

Tony holds a BA in Politics from Nottingham Trent University and a Masters in Software Engineering from Liverpool University, and is a certified BCS Fellow, frequent speaker at technology summits, and trusted advisor to enterprise organisations and UK Government.

At Outerlimit, Tony leads with a mission to extend Zero Trust to the agent action layer, partnering with Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 enterprises and backed by top-tier cybersecurity investors AlbionVC, Evolution Equity Partners, and Crane Venture Partners.

Outerlimit emerged from stealth in September 2026 with $16M in pre-seed funding, one of the largest pre-seed rounds ever in cybersecurity, and is scaling its platform across the United Kingdom and North America.
