Tope Mitchell, Ph.D. is the Co-Founder and CEO of Reflekt Me, an Atlanta-based B2B SaaS platform transforming inclusive eCommerce by enabling shoppers to see products on real people who look like them.

Tope earned her Ph.D. in sociology with an emphasis on social psychology from Indiana University, and built a career as a sociologist, consumer insights specialist, and professor of entrepreneurship at Fayetteville State University.

Driven by personal frustration with the lack of representation in digital retail, Tope co-founded Reflekt Me with her husband Gerald Mitchell to ensure every shopper can see themselves reflected in the brands they love.

Reflekt Me has secured patents in the US and Europe, gained backing from Backstage Capital, XRC Ventures, Plug and Play, and Techstars, and partnered with billion-dollar brands like Levis.
