Travis Kimmel is Co-Founder and CEO of RadiantOps, an AI-powered engineering intelligence platform that gives engineering leaders a ground-truth view of their team's work in the age of AI agents.

Travis studied Philosophy at the University of Colorado, taught himself programming, and went on to co-found GitPrime in Durango, Colorado in 2015, one of the first companies to measure engineering work from version control data.

A Y Combinator (W16) alum, Travis pioneered the engineering analytics category and is widely recognized for his conviction that data-driven visibility is essential for high-performing software teams.

Travis led GitPrime to a $170M cash acquisition by Pluralsight in 2019, subsequently served as President of Real Vision and VP of New Product Initiative at Lattice, before returning to his engineering intelligence roots with RadiantOps.

RadiantOps emerged from stealth in September 2026 with $7M in seed funding led by Foundation Capital, with GitPrime's prior $10.5M Series A and $170M exit validating Travis's track record of building and scaling category-defining engineering tools.
