Tsahi Holand

Tsahi Holand is Co-Founder and CTO at StimCardio Medical, a clinical-stage medical device company developing non-invasive wearable neuromodulation for cardiac rhythm disorders. He joined co-founder Amos Ziv to help build the first-of-its-kind wearable neurostimulation device for atrial fibrillation.
Tsahi holds an M.Sc. in Signal Processing from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. He held senior engineering and R&D leadership roles at Elbit Systems, leading real-time embedded software, FPGA-based systems, and signal-processing solutions.
With over two decades of experience leading cross-platform R&D teams, Tsahi brings defense-grade engineering rigor to medtech. He relocated from Israel to Austin, Texas, where StimCardio runs its technology center.
StimCardio, formerly CardiaCare, was founded in 2015 and recently closed an oversubscribed $30M Series A led by John Slump's family office and Metis Medtech, with Catalyst Health Ventures participating. The company was also selected for the MedTech Innovator 2022 cohort.
The company's lead product, Rhyvive, is a wrist-worn device delivering median nerve stimulation to reduce arrhythmia recurrence after catheter ablation. The new funding will support the NeuroPulse 2 pivotal study and a planned FDA De Novo submission, targeting a condition affecting an estimated 59 million people worldwide.
