A Cambridge-trained economist and published author, Tugce began her career as a strategy consultant advising tech companies on GTM strategy before transitioning into entrepreneurship.

Tugce is a recognized industry leader, having received the Deloitte Fast 50, WEF Tech Pioneer, and EY Entrepreneur of the Year (London) awards for her contributions to AI and enterprise technology.

Prior to Eloquent AI, Tugce founded Streetbees in 2015, scaling it into a 200-person global AI company with $80M in VC funding and multi-million dollar enterprise deals with Fortune 500 clients.
