Tyler McCarthy is Co-Founder and Engineer at BidScript, a Manchester-based AI-native tender management platform transforming how businesses find, manage, and submit bids for public and private sector contracts.

Tyler studied BSc AI and Data Science (First-class Honours) at Manchester Metropolitan University and completed a data science placement at BMW Group, where he worked with Boston Dynamics robots to build digital twins for factory maintenance.

Tyler co-founded BidScript in October 2023 with childhood friend Henry Brogan after discovering critical inefficiencies in tender management while doing process automation consultancy for a mechanical engineering company.

Tyler leads all software development and engineering at BidScript, having previously gained data analytics experience at McCarthy Consulting Associates and earned a place in the Praetura Ventures PraeSeed cohort alongside stints with NVIDIA and Microsoft for Startups.

BidScript has surpassed $1M in total pre-seed funding, acquired customers across the UK, USA, and UAE, and early adopters report up to 50% higher tender win rates after adopting the platform.
