Umair Ahmed is Co-Founder and COO at Decibel BPO (formerly HRSG BPO), an enterprise cloud-based HR and business process outsourcing platform headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan. He is an experienced Information Technology Consultant with a deep history in the human resources and digital transformation space.

Umair holds a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science, both from the University of Sindh, and built his technical foundation over nearly a decade as a Software Development Manager at Supernet Limited.

With expertise spanning RDBMS, .NET, SAP, and modern cloud platforms, Umair specializes in helping organizations achieve digital transformation by architecting and managing enterprise-grade HR technology solutions.

Before co-founding Decibel BPO, Umair served as Co-Founder and CTO of HRSG BPO from 2010 to 2022, and prior to that as Managing Consultant for Information Technology at HRSG Innovative Business Solutions for over 15 years. He also has early-career experience as a programmer at Arfeen International.
