Adarsh is a serial entrepreneur who previously founded ThirdWatch AI, an AI-driven real-time fraud prevention platform that was acquired by Razorpay, one of India's leading fintech companies.

ProactAI's flagship platform Bhaskara transforms existing CCTV networks into agentic intelligence systems for person re-identification, object tracking, and real-time actionable insights, serving paying enterprise customers across retail and defense sectors.

ProactAI closed its first institutional funding round of Rs 7.5 crore led by Ixigo parent Le Travenues Technology, and has initiated expansion into GCC markets with ambitions to build a USD 100B AI company out of India.
