Utkarsh Goel is Co-Founder and CTO of Clear Robotics (formerly Clearbot), a Singapore-headquartered maritime technology company pioneering AI-powered, zero-emission autonomous vessels for marine infrastructure, pollution recovery, and surveillance.

Utkarsh studied Computer Science and Finance at The University of Hong Kong, graduating in 2019, and previously held roles at Credit Suisse, Major League Hacking, and AI Academy before channeling his technical expertise into ocean robotics.

Inspired by the scale of marine pollution witnessed firsthand in Bali and Hong Kong, Utkarsh co-founded Clear Robotics with a vision to build the foundation for the future of the marine industry through autonomous, sustainable technology.

Prior to Clear Robotics, Utkarsh co-founded Deploifai, an MLOps platform designed to streamline machine learning workflows across multi-cloud environments, demonstrating his deep expertise in AI and cloud infrastructure.

Clear Robotics now operates a fleet of 26 all-electric autonomous surface vessels across Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, has won the Captain's Table (2022) and Pier71 Smart Port Challenge (2024), and closed a $1.75M Pre-Series A round in 2026.
