Uttam Tiwari is Co-Founder at Desible.ai, a Bengaluru-based agentic AI startup building an AI operating layer for banks, NBFCs and insurance companies across India. He leads Investor Relations and Growth, driving enterprise adoption across the BFSI sector.

Uttam is a former investment banker and enterprise sales leader who trained at Fitch Ratings, worked as an Equity Research Analyst at I-Wealth Management, and holds an MBA from Acharya School of Management. He also served as a Prime Board Member for Skill Development at Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2017 to 2020.

Uttam brings a rare blend of financial domain expertise and go-to-market leadership, making him uniquely positioned to drive enterprise sales in the highly regulated BFSI space. His background in investment banking and equity research gives Desible.ai a deep understanding of the compliance and risk needs of financial institutions.

Prior to Desible.ai, Uttam co-founded Basal Analytics (2021) as Co-Founder and CMO, and served as Co-Founder and Director at Business Toys, an edtech venture later acquired, while also acting as Strategic Advisor and Board Member. These ventures sharpened his skills in building and scaling technology-driven businesses in India.

Desible.ai orchestrates over 25 agentic AI workflows and handles more than 10 million customer engagements monthly, with its platform used or evaluated by 40+ BFSI institutions. The company raised Rs 32 crore in a Seed Plus round led by Prime Venture Partners in October 2026, less than a year after founding.
