Vaishali holds a Master of Commerce in Finance from the University of Mumbai and previously co-founded HexaTech IT Ventures as CEO. She has diverse experience in IT Project Management, Risk Management, and Enterprise Software Solution Architecture across BFSI, e-Learning, and Healthcare industries.

Vaishali was awarded Woman Achiever for 2021 by ISACA Mumbai Chapter and received the Platinum Cybersecurity Leadership Award from ET Now (Times Group). She launched ShieldRisk AI, an artificial intelligence-powered platform for third-party vendor risk assessment that reduces manual efforts by 80%.

Under her leadership, ShieldByte scaled to CERT-In empanelment and has conducted over 2000+ security tests, audits, and compliance programs across BFSI, IT/ITES, and healthcare sectors. The company serves 300+ clients globally with offices in Mumbai, Dubai, and the United States.
