Vidit Aatrey is Co-Founder and CEO of Meesho, India's largest social commerce platform that revolutionized e-commerce by empowering small businesses and resellers to sell via social media without any upfront investment.

Vidit graduated from IIT Delhi with a BTech in Electrical Engineering in 2012 and worked at ITC Limited and InMobi before co-founding Meesho in December 2015 with Sanjeev Barnwal.

Vidit participated in Y Combinator in 2016 and is an angel investor in over 30 startups. He has been recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia, Fortune 40 Under 40, and Economic Times 40 Under 40.

Under his leadership, Meesho achieved profitability in July 2023, becoming India's first horizontal e-commerce company to do so. The company has raised over $1.36 billion in funding and is valued at approximately $3.9 billion.

Meesho became the most downloaded shopping app globally in 2021 and 2022, serves over 140 million annual transacting users, and processed 910 million orders in 2022. The platform was named one of the most influential companies by Time magazine in 2023.
