Vikram Vadrevu

Vikram Vadrevu is Co-Founder of Avea Robotics, a Y Combinator-backed startup building high-performance, ultra-low-latency teleoperation software that enables robotics companies to remotely control their robots from anywhere in the world.
An aerospace and embedded software engineer from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), Vikram previously wrote flight software for NASA and DoD satellites, bringing deep technical expertise in mission-critical systems to the robotics space.
Vikram is passionate about robotics, physical AI, infrastructure, and composite materials, and applies his aerospace engineering background to solve the real-world deployment challenges that hold back autonomous robots at scale.
At Avea Robotics, Vikram co-leads engineering on Sentinel, the company's flagship VR teleoperation platform, which has achieved sub-10ms end-to-end latency and supports streaming up to 6 cameras simultaneously without impacting teleop performance.
Backed by Y Combinator (P26) and investors including Afore Capital and Third Kind Venture Capital, Avea grew from zero to $200K ARR within one month of launch, onboarding customers across manufacturing, logistics, and hospitality sectors.
