Viktor Ihnatiuk is Co-Founder and CEO of Utexo, a Tether-backed global settlement network enabling native USDT and Bitcoin payments powered by the Lightning Network and the RGB protocol.

Viktor discovered Bitcoin in 2015 while launching Ukraine's first peer-to-peer lending platform and first fintech conference, later growing Boosty Labs into a 150-engineer Web3 development house serving Coinbase, Ledger, MetaMask, and WalletConnect.

A Bitcoin and Web3 engineer with over 12 years of experience, Viktor helped push RGB to mainnet, co-founded the RGB Association, and contributed to Thunderstack, the primary infrastructure provider for RGB, built in collaboration with Tether and Fulgur.

Viktor also co-founded Astroid to support early BTCFi teams, served as Growth Lead at Storj Labs building decentralized cloud infrastructure, and exited his first fintech venture at age 21.

Utexo closed a $7.5 million seed round co-led by Tether, Big Brain Holdings, and Portal Ventures, with participation from Franklin Templeton and Maven11 Capital, targeting mid-2026 for its platform launch.
