Vincent Gonguet is Head of Evaluation at Bedrock Robotics, an autonomous construction technology company transforming the construction industry with AI-powered equipment. He joined Bedrock in 2026 after leading AI safety and alignment at Meta for all Llama models.

Vincent studied at Ecole Polytechnique earning his Master of Science (2008-2012) and completed the prestigious Ingenieur du Corps des Mines program at Mines Paris PSL (2011-2013). He began his career at EDF Europe and General Electric working on electric vehicles and energy systems.

Vincent spent over 8 years at Meta (Facebook) in various leadership roles, including Director of Product Management for GenAI Llama Safety, Climate Products, and Mobile & Connectivity. He is a Climate Reality Leader demonstrating commitment to environmental sustainability.

At Meta, Vincent led AI safety initiatives, red teaming efforts, and model safety fine-tuning for Llama models, establishing company-wide AI content standards. He previously worked on Facebook Connectivity programs bringing connectivity solutions to underserved communities.

Vincent brings deep expertise in responsible AI development, having overseen safety protocols for one of the world's most widely deployed open-source AI models. His work at Bedrock focuses on evaluation systems for autonomous construction equipment targeting operator-less deployments in 2026.
