Vincent Jeltsch

Vincent Jeltsch is Co-Founder and Managing Director at pulse Energy GmbH, a Munich-based energy tech company developing smart energy management solutions for Germany's evolving energy grid. He co-founded the company with Jochen Madler.
Vincent studied Computer Science at Technical University of Munich (TUM) and completed the prestigious CDTM (Center for Digital Technology and Management) program, a joint initiative of TUM and LMU Munich focused on technology management and entrepreneurship. He participated in Stanford University's d.school Innovation Fellows program and developed the PeerTUMPeer platform to help students gain practical skills.
Vincent taught himself programming at age 15 during a year abroad in Vancouver, building mobile apps and projects throughout high school. Before TUM, he spent two years gaining entrepreneurial experience by founding Swapd UG, a local bartering app for used goods.
Vincent has held technical roles at multiple startups including Tacto, Avi Medical, RobCo, and Elasticbrains. pulse Energy is a spin-off from TUM, Fraunhofer FiT, and Stanford University, developing complete energy solutions for regional solar installers and heating engineers.
pulse Energy offers smart energy management combining dynamic electricity tariffs, smart metering systems, and customizable apps to help businesses meet Germany's energy regulations. The company is working to become a certified smart metering operator and aims to support thousands of edge devices at the core of customer energy systems.
