Vincent Theeten is Co-Founder and CEO of Ringtime, a Ghent-based voice AI startup automating recruitment conversations for blue-collar and technical hiring across Europe.

Vincent studied international management at KATHO Hantal Business School and began his career at Lernout and Hauspie before serving as IT Director and Board Member at CREAX, where he led cloud-based innovation projects.

Vincent is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years in software and cloud technology, and earned recognition as Most Promising Startup at Boostcamp for his work in B2B SaaS.

He founded Cheqroom in 2014, scaling it to serve clients like Google, Airbnb, and Fox Sports, and raised $15M in growth capital in 2022 before transitioning to Chief Strategy Officer in late 2024.

Ringtime, founded in September 2025, has already reached 400K in ARR, secured a 1.8M euro seed round from Volta Ventures, and is expanding into the Netherlands, UK, and Germany.
