Vitor Olivier is Co-Founder and CEO of Decade, an AI-native wealth advisory company headquartered in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on a mission to create a new generation of millionaires by democratizing access to elite financial intelligence.

Vitor joined Nubank in 2014 as one of its first 10 employees, holding a degree in Computer Science and Economics from Duke University, and previously worked at Banco BTG Pactual in wealth management, credit, and foreign exchange.

Over more than a decade at Nubank, Vitor rose from software engineer to Chief Technology Officer, also serving as founder of NuConta, General Manager, Head of Operations, and Chief People Officer.

As Nubank CTO, Vitor led the technology platform scaling the world's largest digital bank to over 100 million customers across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia before departing in 2025 to launch Decade.

Decade emerged from stealth in August 2026 with an $85M seed round backed by Greenoaks, Benchmark, and Diffusion, the largest seed round ever raised by a Latin American startup.
