VP Singh, full name Virender Pratap Singh, is Co-Founder and COO at VerbaFlo, a purpose-built conversational AI platform transforming leasing, operations, and resident engagement for residential real estate operators globally.

VP holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of Edinburgh with a major in Strategic Leadership, and a Chemical Engineering degree from IIT Roorkee, one of India's most prestigious engineering institutions.

Prior to VerbaFlo, VP served as Head of Client Operations at Lavanda, leading a team of 29 professionals across multifamily real estate and student accommodation, and also co-founded a branded rental homes company in North India, raising over 1.2 million GBP.

VP brings deep operational expertise in PropTech, having held senior roles at Hospiria and Lavanda, and previously launched an online marketplace for commercial rooftop solar projects, demonstrating a track record across real estate, clean energy, and operations.

VerbaFlo has raised approximately 9 million USD in total funding, powers communication across 200,000 plus residential units in 10 countries, adds roughly 30,000 units per month, and supports conversations in over 200 languages.
