Will Goodwin

Will Goodwin is Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Tumelo, a Bristol-based fintech company building the infrastructure for pass-through voting and AI-powered proxy research at scale.
Will studied at the University of Cambridge, where he and his co-founders campaigned for greater transparency of the university's £6 billion endowment fund, sparking the mission behind Tumelo. Prior to Tumelo, he gained experience at RBC Capital Markets in Sales and Trading and as a Research Intern at Jupiter Asset Management's Ecology fund.

At Tumelo, Will leads commercial strategy and spearheads sales of ProxyBeacon, the company's AI-powered proxy research platform adopted by some of the world's largest asset managers with over $100 billion in AUM. He has helped secure partnerships with major institutions including Fidelity International and Legal and General Investment Management.
Tumelo has raised over $29 million in funding and serves a growing client base of fund managers and pension providers, with ProxyBeacon enabling stewardship teams to generate fully sourced proxy research within a single day of a meeting being announced.
