William Alexander

William Alexander is Co-Founder and CEO of Arzana, an AI-powered Office Execution System built to automate the industrial front office for US manufacturers and distributors.
William grew up working for a manufacturing sourcing company in Okoboji, Iowa, where he witnessed firsthand the inefficiencies of repetitive, error-prone admin work in manufacturing plants. He went on to study Economics and Computer Science at Stanford University, where he met co-founder Marshall Kools.
William brings rare cross-disciplinary depth, combining hands-on manufacturing industry experience with a strong technical foundation in computer science, giving him a unique edge in building practical AI tools for industrial operators.
At Arzana, William leads product strategy, customer deployment, and growth, working directly with Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing manufacturing firms to automate order entry, quoting, and customer updates. Arzana was accepted into Y Combinator's P26 batch (Spring 2026).
Arzana's platform delivers 10x faster processing, 70% fewer data-entry errors, and over $2.2M in labor cost savings for clients, with a go-live timeline of under 4 months and ITAR-compliant infrastructure.
