William Namgyal

William Namgyal is Co-Founder and CEO of Luel (YC W26), a rights-cleared multimodal data marketplace built to serve frontier AI labs and enterprises.
William studied at UC Berkeley's M.E.T. program, conducted LLM security research at Northeastern's PEACH Lab, and served as a Founding Engineer at Relixir (YC X25) before dropping out to build Luel.
William achieved USACO Platinum at age 16 and has been recognized as one of the youngest founders in the YC W26 cohort, demonstrating exceptional technical depth from an early age.
Prior to Luel, William co-founded ezML, which achieved an exit, and has accumulated experience as a 2x Founding Engineer across early-stage AI startups.
William has personally overseen the collection of over 200K+ hours of speech, audio, and video datasets for Top 100 AI Labs in the US, and Luel's contributor network now spans millions of vetted global participants.
